Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Content Creature, a service operated by Saved You a Seat Studios. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you are using Content Creature for a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that business.

Who may use Content Creature

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and able to enter a binding agreement. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

What the service does

Content Creature helps you organize brand material and create, revise, save, and reshape content for different platforms. It can send requests to an AI provider you connect. Content Creature does not automatically publish to your social accounts, and it does not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, original, lawful, or suitable for publication.

Your account, membership, and AI usage

• Content Creature membership is billed at the price and interval shown at checkout.
• You can manage or cancel an active membership through the Stripe billing portal linked in the product.
• Your own OpenRouter or other AI-provider usage is separate from Content Creature membership and is billed by that provider under its terms.
• Generation-cost amounts shown by Content Creature are estimates unless identified as provider-reported final usage.
• You are responsible for charges, limits, and account settings on services you connect.

Your material and generated content

You keep your rights in the brand material, photos, prompts, and other content you submit. You give Content Creature permission to host, copy, format, and send that material to your selected providers only as needed to operate the service and complete your requests.

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using or publishing it. That includes checking facts, prices, claims, disclosures, permissions, trademarks, copyrights, platform rules, and whether a generated image accurately represents the real product or service.

Acceptable use

You may not use Content Creature to:

• Break the law, violate another person's rights, deceive people, or impersonate someone without permission.
• Upload or generate material you do not have the right to use.
• Distribute malware, probe or bypass security, interfere with the service, or access another person's account or data.
• Use the service to produce abusive, exploitative, or dangerous content.
• Resell access, automate excessive requests, or use the service in a way that harms its availability for others.

Third-party services

Content Creature depends on third-party services such as Google, OpenRouter and other AI providers, Stripe, Vercel, Neon, and Resend. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services. We are not responsible for changes, outages, suspensions, prices, outputs, or data practices controlled by a third party.

Content Creature's property

The Content Creature name, character, interface, software, and original product materials belong to Saved You a Seat Studios or its licensors. These Terms give you permission to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of the service itself.

Availability and account action

The service may change, pause, or stop, and features may sometimes fail. We may limit or end access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these Terms, respond to legal requirements, or prevent harm. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

Disclaimers and limits

Content Creature is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent allowed by law. We do not promise uninterrupted service or a particular business, audience, sales, or social-media result. To the extent allowed by law, Saved You a Seat Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the service or a connected provider. These Terms do not limit rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
