What this policy covers

Content Creature is a content-making service operated by Saved You a Seat Studios. This policy explains what information Content Creature handles when you visit the site, make an account, connect an AI provider, pay for a membership, or create content.

Content Creature does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

Information you give us

• Your name, email address, and Google profile details if you choose Google sign-in.
• Business and brand material, including guidelines, logos, photos, documents, links, products, listings, voice notes you type, and past posts.
• Prompts, drafts, revisions, generated media, platform choices, and saved posts.
• API keys you connect for OpenRouter or another supported AI provider.
• Messages, feedback, and screenshots you choose to send to support.
• Membership and transaction identifiers supplied by Stripe. Content Creature does not receive your full payment-card number.

Information collected automatically

The service uses necessary cookies to keep you signed in and remember the business you are working on. Hosting and service providers may also record ordinary technical information, such as IP address, browser type, request time, error details, and pages requested, to keep the service secure and reliable.

How we use information

• Provide accounts, Google or email-code authentication, memberships, and customer support.
• Import and organize your brand material and create, revise, save, and format the content you request.
• Connect to the AI provider you choose, show usage estimates, and record generation-cost information returned by that provider.
• Protect accounts, investigate errors or abuse, and improve the reliability of the service.
• Send service messages such as sign-in codes, receipts, and responses to feedback.

AI processing and your source material

When you ask Content Creature to read brand material or generate something, the information needed for that request is sent to the AI provider you connected. This may include prompts, a real product photo, and relevant brand details. During initial brand intake or a deliberate refresh, selected source documents may also be sent for reading.

Content Creature keeps a compact brand snapshot for ordinary generation so it does not need to resend large original documents every time. Your connected provider handles submitted data under its own privacy policy and account settings. Do not submit material you are not allowed to use.

Optional Google Drive connection

Connecting Drive is separate from signing in with Google. If you choose it, Google grants read-only access to view and download Drive files. Creature reads the product folder you enter and imports the images you select; it does not edit or delete your Drive files.

Your connection tokens are encrypted in an HTTP-only cookie tied to your Creature account, lasting up to 30 days. Disconnect in Product source to remove the local connection, or revoke access in your Google Account. Imported product images remain saved at randomized public storage URLs, so do not import private or sensitive documents.

Where information is processed

Content Creature relies on service providers to run the product, including:

• Vercel for hosting and file storage, including Vercel Blob.
• Neon for the application database.
• Stripe for membership payments and billing management.
• Resend for transactional email.
• Google for optional Google sign-in.
• OpenRouter or another AI provider you deliberately connect for generation.

Uploaded brand files use randomized public Vercel Blob URLs. They are not listed publicly by Content Creature, but anyone who obtains an exact file URL may be able to open it. Avoid uploading secrets or information that requires a private document vault.

Storage and security

Email sign-in codes are short-lived, work once, and are stored only as one-way hashes. Any password hash retained from an older account is also one-way and is not used by the current sign-in screen. Connected AI keys are encrypted at rest and only decrypted when needed for a request. Session cookies are signed, and production traffic uses HTTPS. No service can promise perfect security, so please protect the Google and email accounts connected to Content Creature.

Retention, deletion, and your choices

Content is kept while your account is active so the product can work. You can disconnect an AI provider, cancel membership through Stripe, or delete your Content Creature account from the membership screen. Account deletion removes the main account record and the brand content attached to it, and it attempts to stop any active Content Creature subscription first.

Service-provider logs, backups, payment records, and information already sent to a connected provider may follow that provider's retention requirements and may remain for a limited period. You can also remove Content Creature from your Google Account connections.

Children

Content Creature is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
